femme embodied

a multi day retreat for queer-bodied humans across genders, identities, and stages of coming out or self-discovery

for singles and couples who are having a lived experience outside of heteronormativity.

The Intention of the Retreat

I made this retreat because I know what it’s like to want more pleasure and have no idea why your body won’t quite let you have it.

To want to relax, let go, enjoy sex, enjoy touch… and instead find yourself stuck in your head, managing the moment, rushing, or performing. To feel like pleasure is possible, but never quite landing the way you want it to.

I’ve been there.

And honestly, I was also deeply turned off by spaces that told me I needed to embody some version of femininity, follow polarity rules, or become more “this” or less “that” in order to feel good in my body. That never felt true for me.

This retreat is for people who want more pleasure without having to perform for it.

So many of us learned to relate to our bodies through roles. Being good. Being easy. Being desirable. Being the one who keeps it together. Over time, those patterns don’t just shape our relationships, they shape how much pleasure our body feels safe to receive.

This work isn’t about trying harder or fixing yourself.

It’s about helping your body feel safe enough to soften.

Through somatic work and parts-based practices, we gently work with the patterns that keep you controlling, overriding, or disconnecting from yourself. When those patterns ease, pleasure doesn’t need to be forced. It becomes something your body can actually stay with.

Most people come to this retreat because they want more pleasure in their body.

What they don’t always expect is that when they stop abandoning themselves and start trusting their body, everything else shifts too, how they relate, how they choose partners, how they communicate, how they receive love.

who is this retreat for

Want more pleasure in their body but keep finding themselves stuck in their head, managing the moment, or unable to fully let go
• Notice they keep ending up in relationships that don’t actually feel good, even when they try to choose differently
• Feel tired of performing, people-pleasing, or shaping themselves to be wanted, chosen, or loved
• Know there’s more available for them in intimacy and connection, but don’t know how to access it without forcing or fixing themselves
• Are ready to stop abandoning their body and start building pleasure, self-trust, and relating from a place that actually feels true

People come to this retreat to expand their capacity for pleasure. They leave with a deeper relationship to themselves, which changes how they relate to everyone else.

“Working with Jordy changed my life and because of the work we did together, I’m able to live life as my full queer self and discover the beauty that comes with that!”

- Nancy, past client

The way home to your pleasure is through your body.

TOP–DOWN

[mind, meaning, patterns]

Awareness → Understanding → Permission → Choice

BOTTOM–UP

[body, nervous system, sensation]

Safety → Presence → Receptivity → Pleasure
Ezra Somatics is built on a top-down and bottom-up approach.
Real change happens when we work with both how you think and how your body responds.
We don’t rely on catharsis or peak experiences.
 We build capacity.
That means working with beliefs, roles, and internal patterns while also supporting the nervous system to feel safe enough to relax, soften, and respond differently.
This is not a one-time emotional experience.
It’s capacity training for your body, self-worth, and sexual responsiveness..

The Themes That Guide This Retreat

From Performance to Presence

We explore how learned roles like being good, easy, desirable, or in control show up in the body and quietly block pleasure. This work supports coming out of your head and back into lived, felt experience.

Nervous System Safety and Capacity

Pleasure doesn’t expand through effort. It expands when the body feels safe enough to soften. We work directly with the nervous system to build the capacity to relax, stay present, and receive...

Parts Work and Internal Trust

Instead of overriding or pushing past protective patterns, we learn to understand them. When the parts of you that learned to manage, rush, or disconnect feel met, the body no longer needs to hold back...

Reclaiming Sexual Truth

This is about creating a new sexual story — one rooted in honesty, consent, and self-trust. Through embodied practices and reflection, you’ll explore what actually feels true for you, learning to honour your desires, boundaries, and authentic expression without comparison or performance..

Relational & Erotic Confidence
As safety and self-trust deepen, confidence begins to emerge naturally. This work supports you to bring your embodied truth into relationships and intimacy, allowing connection, sex, and closeness to feel less confusing and more aligned with who you really are.

Facilitation and safety

Safety isn’t a side note in this work. It’s the foundation.

This retreat is held with a deep understanding of how the nervous system, learned roles, and past experiences shape the way we relate to our bodies, intimacy, and pleasure. Nothing here is theoretical or rushed. The work is grounded, embodied, and informed by years of facilitation, study, and lived experience.

My approach is trauma-informed, consent-led, and choice-based. We’re not here to push, perform, or force breakthroughs. We move slowly and intentionally, with constant attunement to the nervous system, so your body can stay connected while exploring deeper layers of sensation, truth, and self-trust.

You’re always invited to honour your own pace. Your own boundaries. Your own yes and no. There is no expectation to do more, share more, or go further than what feels right for you in any moment. Support is available throughout, and the container is held with care so vulnerability can arise without pressure, comparison, or overwhelm..
