for queers who are ready to feel safe in their bodies

open to all genders, sexual orientations and relationship structure.

  • came out later in life (or are still questioning) and feel like your whole sense of self has been turned inside out

  • feel disconnected, numb, or confused around pleasure, desire, or what you actually want in intimacy

  • notice a pattern of overriding your body’s yes and no, people-pleasing in intimacy, or performing desire rather than feeling it

  • carry shame about being queer, even if you’re “out” and supported on the surface

  • intellectually understand concepts like internalised homophobia or compulsory heterosexuality, but haven’t yet felt their integration in your body

  • struggle to fully relax into queer intimacy, sex, or connection, even when you deeply want it

  • feel behind, awkward, or unsure of yourself in queer spaces, dating, or relationships

  • long to genuinely like who you are, not just accept yourself in theory

the work

  • coming home to your body

slow, guided somatic practices designed to help you land back inside yourself. for a lot of us, being queer meant learning to leave the body to stay safe. this is the unlearning. sensation, breath, presence, without needing to explain any of it.

  • identity, integrated

intellectually knowing you're queer and feeling it in your body are two different things. this work meets the gap between them. gently unwinding the shame, the performance, the parts of you still bracing for a room that doesn't want you.

  • desire, on your terms

learn to tell the difference between wanting something and performing wanting it. between your yes and the yes you've rehearsed. desire gets to be yours here, whatever shape it takes.

  • heading: community as the medicine

a small room of queers meeting each other with care. no explaining, no translating, no shrinking. some of the deepest healing happens in the witnessing itself; being seen by people who get it.
